BirdMARK

BirdMARK Bird Flight Diverters are designed to prevent collisions of larger and smaller birds... swans, eagles, hawks, ducks and geese with unseen power lines.  Birds lack the maneuverability to avoid power lines when they get close enough to see them.  The BirdMARK offers a low cost, permanent solution for helping endangered species avoid power lines in traditional flight paths.

Brightly colored BirdMARK's stand out like a beacon against background features, letting birds see where the power lines are, and in the wind, BirdMARKs emit a warning sound to the birds.

EASY TO INSTALL

BirdMARKs are designed to securely grip all cables up to a diameter of 2-1/2inches (70mm) with a SnapFAST clamping jaws KL70 connections.  The BirdMARK can be installed and removed from the ground without interrupting power.  Once in position the grip is such that the BirdMARK stays in position, even in a Force 8 gale.
