Each 36" HELIMARK Powerline Marker consists of:

• 2 - interchangeable marker halves (Fig. A).

  12 - I/4" bolts with 24 flat washers, 12 nuts and 12 lock washers (Fig. B)

• 8 - 1/4" bolts with 16 flat washers.

• 8 - nylon inserted self locking nuts.

• 8 - speed nuts.

• 2 - armor rod assemblies imbedded in connecting plates (Fig. C).

Assembly

ON THE GROUND

1. Attach both connecting plates to the inside of on of the marker halves. (figure A)

2. Put 8 bolts in place around the perimeter using speed nuts. (figure B)

3. Put the empty marker half in place on bolts and secure to 4 bolts on one side of the marker with self locking nuts. (figure C)

IN THE AIR

1. Flex the unsecured side of the marker over the conductor and pull to the center of the marker.

2. Wind armor rod around the conductor.

3. Secure remaining bolts with flat washers and self locking nuts
